Cooking Clean
My friends are always asking me why my curry dishes taste different from traditional Indian restaurants. The answer is...I've formulated a very unique pleasing "crossover" blend of spices. I say "crossover" over because I've had dinner guests that were not too fond of curry. And after eating my curry, they said "wow that was good...what was that?"
I also try to cook very clean. I only use organic meats, fresh vegetables and always, always extra virgin olive oil. I once read that you should never use olive oil when cooking any curry dish because it will alter the taste of the curry. I guess I proved them wrong....I'm not quite sure because my friends and I love the taste. Hmmmm maybe that's the secret ingredient.
More recipes are on the way....

Love your spicy beef recipe. I like to add a habanero pepper to give it a little kick. Also, be careful when cooking with a wok becuase it is easy for the onions and peppers to get stuck to the side and burn!
Who uses a wok for spicy beef midget?
Your spices are the BEST!!! I have tasted your meals and I was an instant fan!! I have purchased curry spices in the grocery store and have eaten curry dishes in restaurants (in search of the same flavors.) Each time time I was disappointed. They don't even compare to your spices.
One of my FAVORITE meals is Beef Curry. I am not a cook, by any means. But, when I saw the spices and recipes on your blog....I decided to order your spices and make it myself.
Looking forward to receiving my order. I can't wait to make Beef Curry!!! :)
